On the ever-appealing Twilight Guy (aka Kaleb Nation)

September 9, 2009

I discovered Twilight Guy over the summer. I appreciate his humorous approach to analyzing the series. I also appreciate that unlike so many Twi-sites, he does not publish the SAME news as umpteen other blogs. How many different reports do we need on the new Rosalie still? How many of the SAME pics of Rob, Taylor, et al need to clutter up our daily bloglines?

This is why I appreciate the Twilight Guy site so much – it is different. It offers humorous and thought provoking analysis in a Twi-net that is becoming increasingly only about celebrity.

I met Kaleb Nation and saw him speak at two Twilight related conferences this summer, and he is as funny and endearing in person as he is online. I was prompted to write about him today as it marks the launch of his first book, Bran Hambric: The Farfield Curse. Will there be vampires? I doubt it. Will it be funny? I am sure of it. Get thee to a bookstore (virtual or real) and check it out!
